General Terms and Conditions
1-Service Guarantee:
We provide guaranteed pest control services in accordance with the terms outlined in the contract.
2-Customer Feedback:
We commit to responding to all customer feedback within 48 hours.
3-Customer-Designated Contact:
The customer has the option to select their preferred point of contact.
4-Contract Duration:
Our standard contract is for a minimum of one year, with a two-month notice required for renewal.
5-Price Adjustments:
An annual price adjustment of up to 10% may apply.
